Currently, Tiffany is working as a manager within the B2B space for tech delivery, leading a team of Business and Quality Assurance analysts to deliver business growth through digital transformation and automation; her passion is to drive business process improvement through best practice standards and frameworks, and to facilitate in the delivery of high-quality products and services through effective stakeholder management relationships.
Formerly, Tiffany was a Senior Digital Business Analyst working as part of the technology team for Posterscope UK. She played the key role of Lead BA, in transforming the DOOH Media Agency buying/trading model and facilitated in the delivery of a first-to-market technical innovation within the DOOH industry through the introduction of IAB OpenDirect API technology for online availability search, reservation and booking sync; working in partnership with two of the major Media Owners JCDecaux and Clear Channel. She also facilitated the delivery of Consumer Behaviour Data enhancements on the ECOS Planning Optimisation module and the Google image-based location project on the ECOS Maps application module.
Tiffany was also previously Product Owner for JCDecaux UK and the Technical Business Analyst at VIOOH working on the automation roadmap as part of the digital business transformation project team. Her responsibilities included driving and owning the delivery of new features on the Supply-Side Platform, and improving efficiency, partner communications and interactions. She was the lead BA in launching the new automation feature for the reservation and cancellation process, enabling business users, partners, specialist, and direct clients to reserve bookings automatically via the SmartBRICS campaign booking and optimisation system.
Tiffany holds a BSc Hons in Information Systems, a MSc in Internet and Multimedia Information Systems and various BCS Business Analyst qualifications.
